Unfortunately, the event for 2024 has been cancelled.

We welcome you to join us as a stall holder in 2025. There are just a few things you will need to prepare.

The Harvey Harvest Festival will be held on Sunday, 16 March 2025

Stallholders have a responsibility to read the Stallholder Bylaws (download PDF) where all the information you need is clearly explained.

Please note: * Supplying an up-to-date Certificate of Registration of a Food Business and correct Public Liability documents is the Stallholder’s responsibility. If your public liability insurance expires prior to the festival, you must send your up-to-date documents to the Festival Coordinator – you will not be contacted and reminded. Stallholders who have not lodged all up-to-date paperwork to the Festival Coordinator by 28th February 2024 will not be admitted to the Festival.

One of the conditions of our major sponsor is for sugary drinks NOT to be displayed at your stall. You may still sell but not promote.
